How to change to lace-up back?
Step by Step Instructions:
Ensure you can find matching material to make the thin loops, back panel and lacing before you remove the zip on your wedding dress or evening dress you want to change to change to lace up back. You will also need boning to sew onto the seam and into the back panel.
Remove zip and iron the seam where you will be going to sew in the loops. Pin from the top in equal distance the loops position on the surface of the wedding dress where you will be sewing them. Check to make sure that the pin positions on both sides of the dress matches.
Start stitching the loops, measure to make equal loop size as you sew along the seam until you have sewn in all the loops.
Sew boning on top of the loops to provide strength and stability.
Turn wedding dress inside out to sew the lining to conceal boning and loops ends.
Turn it over and its all done. Now your dress has been change to lace up back to fit.
