Do we need an appointment to try on dresses?
Yes, an appointment with our bridal/fashion consultant would be appreciated to enable us to provide you with the professional service that every bride/belle deserve at their bridal/prom dress fittings. Book an appointment Now.
Can we drop in to browse your dresses?
As our new shop is small, an appointment will ensure that you receive the attention you deserve for a pleasant shopping experience for your wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, ball gowns or evening dresses. Book an appointment now.
Are your dresses for hire?
No, we DO NOT HIRE out our dresses as we believe that every girl deserves the most beautifully fitted gown, exclusive to them for their every special event. We keep a register of gowns to ensure that we never sell the same style to the same event.
Can we buy off the rack?
Yes, if the selected dress fits you well or can be altered to fit. We can provide you with alterations to fit at a nominal charge of 50% off usual alterations fees.
If I have a style I like, can you make it for me?
Check out the custom designs options link for wedding dresses. Similar process will apply to custom design ball gowns or evening dresses.
How long does it take to order a dress?
Wedding dresses standard delivery:: 4-8 months, rush orders may be available for certain styles. Please discuss with our bridal consultants at the time of your fittings.
Bridesmaid dresses standard delivery: 12-18 weeks depending on the selected label. Please advise our bridal consultants of the wedding date.
Ball dresses, evening dresses standard delivery: 12-16 weeks depending on the selected label. If you are short for time, please discuss with our consultant who will assist you to find your gown within your time frame.
What size to order?
Our professional seamstress/consultant will assist to determine the best size to order. All you have to determine is the style and color – leave the rest to us.
Do you alter dresses bought elsewhere
Yes we do. Please book an appointment to bring in your dress for an obligation free quote.
