Then make an appointment to meet with our fashion consultant. At this free initial consultation, we will discuss your ideas, materials and maybe try a few store samples to put your ideas in prospective.
Rough sketches and quote
We will put together your ideas in rough sketches u0026amp; provide you with an obligation free quote within the next 2 weeks.
If you would like to proceed
Make an appointment for measurements – wear appropriate undergarment u0026amp; shoes in the height you intend to wear on that special day. Your gown will be custom length – however, please note that there is a margin of error of +/- 5cm for length so preferably buy you shoes after trying on your actual gown.
We collect a 50% non-refundable deposit towards the procurement of materials by our specialised production partners overseas.
Production (done overseas):
Creation of your gown
We will work closely with our overseas production partners in the creation of your gown.
Checking that the cutting, shape and length of train is right. Ensuring the right placements of lace applique and other details.
Where necessary, we may be sending you photos of work in progress.
Finished Dress
Pictures of the completed gown will be emailed to you before the gown is shipped out to us.
Fittings (in store):-
When your wedding gown arrives in store
We will contact you for your first fittings to ensure that the gown fits you well. At this fitting, an additional 20% deposit is greatly appreciated.
We will make all the relevant nipu0026amp;tuck adjustment if required and where appropriate, we will work on the bustling of your train.
Gown Collection
Upon settlement of the balance of payment on your bridal gown, let us know when you would like to collect your wedding dress and we will have it pressed ready for your collection.
All you have to do is find a place to hang your dress until your special day.
